All I know is I get to go on a cruise once a year so far. So I make the most of every minute of it. I get up early and go to bed late. It usually catches up with me by the last day though, and I sleep late if it is a sea day
I don't think there was a day we went to bed before 1:00 & up early. I am surprised that I can still do that at my age. I guess cruising brings out the youngster in me. When I come back everyone comments that you must have had a relaxing trip & my response is "are you kidding me, I'm exhausted I hardly got any sleep. The week I come home I am just worn out.
Well worth it of course.

Thanks, I am flattered.

Actually though, when I post late at night it is because I am working.

Getting back to the topic. I agree with what Dave said about sticking to one's normal dinner time. Especially for people with digestive type problems.
