Default It's that time of year again!
We've got Tropical Storm Irene barreling toward Puerto Rico with strengthening expected. So far I've only read that RCL's Oasis and CCL's Miracle have had revised itineraries. I expect more if this bugger doesn't dissipate.

Cas, I hope you have your hatches battened down!

I am watching this closely, I leave on the 11th for an Eastern Cruise on the Valor. I am not concerned about cruising during hurricane season, they are going to keep us safe. I just hope the planes fly to get me there!

Thanks for the concern but This time it looks like is going to leave the island by wmy location is going out of PR by the west side between Mayaguez and Aguadilla so is going to be a crazy night but to tell the truth My worries are it does not become a hurricane during it pass over the island but it have 60 mph already only 15 more to go in order to become hurricane but still I have electricity will see over the night...

Cas, Hope you made it without losing power. I am getting really concerned about my friends in the Bahamas. I wonder why Carnival has not put up a Weather Advisory on their site yet. There have been several itineraries revised. Maybe it's because those cruises are already underway?

I found them and posted a link to Carnival Itinerary Updates in the Carnival section.

The Carnival Fantasy will now go to Cozumel and Key West instead of Bermuda today. I am not one bit envious of those folks this time. It's going to be a bumpy ride going down the East coast to round the Florida straights.

NCL Spirit or Sky, can't remember which was in Key West today and the weather looked perfect. Of course, that doesn't mean the seas won't be rough.
