Sure, I can almost guarantee it if you stay in Tampa overnight and fly home the next morning.

It depends on when your ship arrives among other things. You didn't provide any specific information about the cruise line, dates, and so forth, so all I can tell you is the cruise lines which sail from Tampa all recommend departure flight times of no earlier than 11:30am.

Hey Papa, That is really hard to say as external factors can come into play. Ships can come in late to port. Plus hold ups can happen with getting the ship cleared with Customs. Carnival recommends the Earliest Flight time of 11:30AM for Tampa. Personally it would be Noon for me.

By the way, I'll be on the Carnival Legend. It is supposed to dock at 8AM.

Does not mean you will be off at 8 am
Immigration officials may or may not clear the ship right away
all non -U.S. citizens have to report to them before they will clear the ship
