Default Is This For Real?
Has anybody seen this? Is it for real? Don't recognize the ship; never heard of the company. . . .if it's on the level, how did it slip by all of us?

I missed that one, too. Apparently, it was an April Fool's joke by the travel company that was brought up again as it was "to be" this week. Good thing...sounds downright dangerous!

Read the last line in http://www.planetski.eu/news/2691. I had to search for it...

Thanks Lisa; I should have known. What gave it a hint of credibility was I first saw it today on my Yahoo News page, and the banner on the blog says, ". . .in association with Yahoo Sports." There's a sucker born every minute and this time it was me.

On the contrary... you were suspicious.

I hope this stunt didn't give ideas to the cruise lines...

Well, They've already got ice skating rinks and Zip Line, and roller coasters. I suppose anything is possible. The question is how well they're received by the passengers. The ice rink up on the open deck on the NCL Epic didn't last long. However; RCI's indoor rink is a success, especially with the ice shows. Nothing surprises me anymore.
