My name is Cordula Schwenke and I am a student of the degree course International Cruise Industry Management at the University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven, Germany. This survey primarily focuses on people who already went on a cruise and is designed for research purposes of my bachelor thesis. I am examining the passenger’s crisis-reaction readiness onboard cruise ships.
