Yes, I have and you can still have lots of fun. In fact, I was once in St. Thomas when it rained so hard that they held the ship for two hours so that people could make it back in the inclement conditions. Traffic wa snarled and the downtown area was flooded.
Think shopping in the Eastern Caribbean in the rain and make good use of the solarium on the ship if it is pouring. If it is only drizzling, then you can do most of the ocean activities without any problem.
Don't let the weather get you down and don't listen to people complain about it. You will have a great cruise.
The islanders always refer to rain as liquid sunshine. Just pretend you are at the beach and you are in fresh water instead of salt water. If it is any consulation I have never known a weather forecaster to be right.
We had rain during some of the days on a Caribbean cruise a few years ago. We brought along ponchos, which we could put on and take off, depending on the weather. Used them while walking around San Juan. It worked out fine!
Like they say in South Florida if you don't like the weather wait a day.The Carribean weather is very much like ours, and it almost never rains for a whole week.I wouldn't worry about it.Just go and enjoy!

Rain can only dampen your spirits if you let it. I have been on cruises that it rained almorst everyday and the weather was supposed to be nice all week. As everyone else has said, "Just go have fun and enjoy the cruise no matter what the weather."
