Question Bermuda Royal Naval Ship Yard
Anyone know the best and nearest to the dock to rent a scooter ? We will be there on Sept 29th. We have been to Bermuda many times but never thought about renting a scooter. My husband wants to go off the beaten path for his Photography ...

I would personally never rent a scooter in Bermuda, but since you've got a lot of experience visiting there you know the lay of the land. Last summer I think we walked past one of the places listed here just a few minutes walk from the ship. I recall a woman calling out to us asking if we wanted to rent scooters.

Edit: Go here and download the map. The place we walked past was #22 Eve's Cycle Rental, but the Oleander rental is just a little farther down the street at #19.

Janfred....We shall be returning to Bermuda aboard the NCL Dawn during the 2nd week of May. We will gladly check out the scooter rentals around the King's dockyard for You both!! I've done it years ago and, were I younger, would gladly do it again!!! Nowadays a Bus/Ferry pass makes up for independent hops around Bermuda!!!

Hi my Bermuda Friend !

That is so very nice of you. I won't be doing the Scooter but Fred really wants to go to certain out of the way places for his photography. Don't forget to do a toast for me at the Swizzle Inn and see if you can find Fred's Business Card !!! Thank you.
