Question About alaska cruise, desperate, leaving in two days

I'm desperate for info about clothing to take to Alaska. I've delayed shopping and realized I don't have a lot of "dressy casual" stuff. I'm mostly a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal. I'm leaving on celebrity summit on Friday. What can I get away with in the dining room as far as informal and casual nights go? can I get in with jeans? (lol). seriously, how many nicer outfits do I need? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
