Being a Red Sox and Patriots Fan I'm always nervous around people from NY even if they aren't scratching
But seriously, I have never encountered bed bugs on a cruise, I've been on 9 now, and really hope not to ever find them. Nasty creatures and hard to control. My daughter sailed out of NY this last summer and never mentioned anything about an outbreak on the Miracle, so I think it is rare even out of NY.
