Penny - If it’s not too much trouble I will take you up on the offer for the bajan pepper sauce recipe. No guarantees that my wife and I will be able to successfully recreate it but we’ll try!
Thanks

No problem, it's really not that hard. I'll dig it out this weekend and post it Monday. The main problem I have is finding good mango. Normally, what we get is picked way too early so even when it ripens it doesn't have real mango flavor.

I haven't found my Anaheims or Pueblanos, but am going to keep looking.
No luck here either. I am using seeds for the Anaheims from peppers I bought last year at the store. They still haven't sprouted. Since the plants are not available locally (so far), I may have to order one via the internet. If you find any Poblanos, please save me a few seeds for next year.
I did try a Key Lime Pie at the Blonde Giraffe in Key West. It was really good, but still a little pricey. I will have to try a Key Lime Pie at the Blue Haven as someone suggested.
I need to find that outdoor place in Cozumel someone mentioned, that had great coconut ice cream. I will be there next month (on Cinco de Mayo no less ).
Flan is also a good choice for a Mexican dessert. For those that don't know, it is a type of caramel custard. It also popular all over Latin American (and even elsewhere in recent years).
