Cruise passengers caught with marijuana and taser in Bermuda

Two women passengers aboard Enchantment Of The Seas got off easy in Bermuda court yesterday. They were caught with a small quantity of pot and a taser gun in their cabin - apparently after someone turned them in to local police. Bermuda has a dim view of these things and they could have faced jail time. Instead they were fined and released. Read more HERE

Well I guess there is one born every minute. But I have no sympathy for these ladies. they knew what they were doing when they brought the drugs and taser gun with them. they need to consider themselves lucky.

They didn't get what they deserved; they knew what they were doing and come on; a stun gun in their bags; where was TSA???

TSA doesn't inspect cruise ship luggage, but I imagine the Norfolk port security staff will be getting remedial training on identifying tasers on x-ray screens.

I haven't taken a toke of weed in over 20 years. And then only when peer pressure was a factor. I guess I'm a little bewildered though as to why it was valued so high. Not to mention why the local Bermuda officials were called in on it. It speaks volumes for RCI's security controls.

I laughed at that value too, I asked some "friends" and I was told $40-$200. Too funny, but the taser was just WEIRD.
