No, but I am getting ready to do a cruise to Hawaii in October. Really excited. I've heard about the rough seas also. I'm going to take some medicine with me to prevent motion sickness. What lines are you going on??

right ship ( big ship ) and you have no problems
about this. We go in November to a Hawaai Cruise we do over 8 cruises before and we have never
sea sickness, but we always go on 80 000 BRT

You should be fine in October. The large north swells that affect the waters between Ensenada and Hawaii don't really start until mid-November. You should have a smooth crossing and wonderful cruise in Hawaii.
