shuttle to port

I'd like to book a shuttle to the port in L.A..any advice? what is a good time to leave LAX?

Welcome to cruise-chat. It sounds as if your cruise is leaving the same day you arrive at LAX, so you would definitely want to minimize waiting time. How many are in your party? If it's just two or three people, I'd recommend a private car service -- we were very pleased with ExecuCar, a division of SuperShuttle. When we made the reservation, we set a specific time based upon our flight arrival time, and were met in the baggage claim area by the driver.

I will second Lisa's recommendation; or if you don't necessarily need a private car, SuperShuttle shared vans have always provided us with good service.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have booked with supershuttle. We actually arrive the day before so supershuttle is picking us up at our LAX hotel and taking us to the port.That cost $2 p.p. extra but worth it to save going to LAX to meet them.
