I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Travelex Travel Plus or Travelite insurance policies or claims. My husband and I booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean 18 days ago. I meant to book insurance but some unexpected emergencies came up and it completely slipped my mind. We had to cancel a previous cruise due to a medical emergency. These are the only policies I can find that will still cover pre-existing conditions (up until 21 days from initial date of purchase).

Any information would be appreciated.
