Just wanted to warn everyone about the problems we encountered on our transfer to and from Port Canaveral. Do not use Beach Bound Shuttle, or Cocoa Beach Shuttle, they are 2 in 1. They were over 1 hour late the first time. On the trip back to the airport, which is almost an hour they sent a van with a broken back seat, they smashed 4 adults into it and it layed all the way back within 2 inches of the back door. It was a horrible experience. The driver informed us that they were aware of the broken seat, they put 2 carseats which kept it off of the back door by 2 inches, he said they considered it fixed. They were totally overbooked, We almost had people get into a fight at the airport, wanting to get the next available shuttle. This transfer service had to be aware. They totally did not care.
