Cruise Line Suggestion

My husband and I (early 50's) our daughter and her boyfriend (late 20's, early 30's) are planning a cruise together in February 2003. We are looking for a cruise line that will fit all of our expectations. We have cruised previously on Norwegian, Celebrity and RCCL. We are looking for a good mix of ages on board the ship, lots of fun activities (but not a "party cruise"), fine dining, some nightlife, good shows and a friendly staff. Please answer with your suggestions.

Sounds like you might enjoy one of the newer ships on RCCL (Voyager class) or NCL (Sky/Sun/Dawn). Read some of the posts (or cruise reviews) for info on activities, alternative dining, etc. NCL seems to have more comments about friendly staff than I have noticed with other lines; that was also my experience on my one NCL cruise in '99. Both would offer good shows and a variety of activities, with a bit of emphasis on physical activities (especially on RCCL.) Any more, any of the major cruise lines offers something for everyone!
