If you are sending it to the Room Steward, put your room number somewhere in the address. If it is your Waiter put your table number somewhere in the address, etc. I also use a highlighter to make these areas stand out. I always address it to the cruise line, then the ship, then the person and area they worked, then the address. I think it is nice that you are acknowledging a job well done. All to often all people want to do is complain. I send my letters to their superiors so that they know that their staff is doing a good job and I'm told they pass this on to the individual. That way, they get their promotions or upcomings from their superior. HAPPY SAILING
