My husband works in a shipyard and drydocking is a routine way of life for us (Oregon Coast living)! Although, we've never witnessed anything larger than a small cruise ship getting pulled out. And I can't remember the exact size of the "small one", but I know it had 7 deck levels and is now doing cruises out of So. Cal.
