Hello, this is not related to vacation cruising, but it's a question I had a while ago, so I thought I'd ask you knowledgeable people.
There is a possibility at some point that we would move to Europe (from the U.S.). We have big dogs and I am concerned about them flying. (although I hear TWA has an excellent animal transportation program--I know people who ship horses that way, but it's VERY expensive). I was just wondering, are their any boats that allow pets? What about non-cruise type ships. For instance, can I travel to Europe no-frills with my dogs on board? Does such a travel option even exist anymore? Even if they were in a kennel I could visit I'd feel better. I have met some people who ship horses all over the world, but it's VERY expensive. I have a golden retriever and a husky/heeler mix, so they aren't exactly the kind of dogs you can carry around in a purse

Yes, the QM2 has a kennel and you can walk your dogs daily. That would be the best of all worlds.
