Countdown Clocks

I am thinking about making cruise countdown clocks available for everyone's use on a complimentary basis. What would be the most desirable features if you could design one yourself?

I appreciate any and all thoughts on the subject. Thanks in advance.

Hi Tom,

I like the countdown clock from geocities, it´s simple, no promotion.

Many of us would appreciate an own countdownclock on this board, because most of all love to see, how long it takes to the next cruise(s).

I agree with Marita that I really enjoy the "simple" countdown clocks.

However, as these countdown clocks of course are a great way to promote our site, why not add "Cruise-Chat.com" somewhere. I also enjoy the countdowns that include "my" cruise line's logo.

Our own countdown clock that is personalized with the ship logo and our identity would be a great idea!

I would prefer the picture of the ship, rather than the logo and make it more pleasing to the eye than the CaribbeanMag ones with all the advertising surrounding it - I find them totally unappealing. Adding my own personalization would be nice.

Thanks for the ideas. I am still fiddling with it, but I think I have a handle on what folks would want. I agree with all the advertising detracting from the purpose of the clocks.

BTW, just got off the Voyager of the Seas in Barcelona today and have been somewhat out of touch.
