Can anyone tell me what to put in the space that asks for "city of issuance" in the online cruise documents. Is that where you applied for the passport? This is our second cruise, but 1st time with a passport. Thanks!

Look in the passport (on the page with the passport number on it.) You will see a Issuance agency/Place. It may just say Passport Agency.. It may be an actual city if you got it in one of the cities that has a passport office.

It can be confusing since they ask for a city when it really doesn't have to be a city.

We had a thread about this recently. If your passport doesn't list a city name - which is common with new passports - most people seem to be listing "National Passport Center", which used to be in Pittsburgh but is now in Portsmouth, NH.

I guess what I'm saying is, don't worry about it. It doesn't seem to be that important. Look here for the office nearest you and use that city. Or just put "Portsmouth" or "Passport Center" down and you'll be fine.
