I just watched an episode of "Behind the Bash" on Food Network that was pretty interesting. It was about how they put together a United Way benefit for 1800 people on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas.
Being on Food Network, it focused mainly on the party food. There was a neat segment on ice carving and fruit/vegetable carving. Also a small part with the captain on the bridge as they were leaving Miami. Some neat views of the ship as well.
This episode is supposed to come on again this Sunday afternoon, my cable guide says at 1:30pm central time, if anyone is interested in seeing it.

I'll try to catch it, sounds very interesting. Then again, I love watching anything dealing with cruise ships
