I gained seven and a half pounds on a seven day cruise. Is that a record?

I usually gain 7 to 10 pounds. I think it's the salt air.

I don't think I gained too much on the last 7 day cruise with all the walking I did. The dessert temptations always seem to be the culprit, or having the cheeseburgers on the Lido deck.

I normally don't gain much because I walk everywhere. However, the sweet rolls in the mornings and desserts at night, well I wear my tighter fitting clothes at the beginning of the cruise, just in case

Right on Penny, I always wear the tighter fitting ones early on, although I only put on 4 lbs this last trip..I think it is the walking and the tropical heat that does it to me.

The secret is to avoid the buffet for breakfast & lunch. Always eat in the dining room.

They already make me do that during the Muster Drill. That's about all I can handle.

The buffet doesn't bother me, it's the frozen tropical drinks.
I think pina colada is spanish for packed with calories!

Then Margarita must mean "pounds packed with a punch".
