we are not going to be taking an excurtion when we are at tortola and we are wondering what sort of activities there might be on the ship IE (pool table,darts,pinball,etc.) also we are wondering will there be anything on shore while in port, shops? etc.

There are plenty of activities while onboard the ship. There will be games, possible talks, the pools will be open as well as places to eat. The gym and spas will be open. There will be basketball and ping pong also. The shops onboard will only be open while at sea as well as the casino. While in ports there will be limited activities onboard but there will be a few. Read the daily paper that will be left in your cabin, it will have all times and locations of any activities.

Just curious why you aren't getting off in Tortola? Its a great island with great beaches. I like Tortola better than St. Thomas...not as crowded and crazy.
