Don't know if you have made your plans yet. But, how about Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas that departs from Cape Liberty (Bayone),NJ. That's about 1 1/2 - 2 hours from Philly.
It's only a 5 night cruise, but it goes to Bermuda and there's plenty to do onboard the ship.
