Not so far; as of this date, a certified birth certificate (with raised seal) plus govt-issued photo ID (driver's license) will suffice. For women, you may also need a certified copy of marriage certificate (if your current name is different from name on birth certificate); not everyone asks for it, but it's best to be prepared. When are you going on your cruise? If it's a few months in the future, I recommend getting a passport anyway. Several countries and islands now require them of US citizens, who didn't require them only a few months ago. Times are changing!!
