Hello, can anybody tell me if the HAL Neptune Lounge gives free complementary cocktails in the evening before dinner? RCL provides this amenity to its suite guest on its cruises. Thank you.

The Neptune does not have complimentary alcoholic drinks. They may have a welcome aboard reception for suite guests where they'll have waiters with the usual trays of drinks, but that is it.
