I do not know if it helped but I forward a link to this thread to the Office of the President. It went to the person who made our last cruise right. (went most of the cruise with no working potty).
The person who I had been working with had promised to look into it.

I am glad this got worked out too. I agree that getting something in writing would be the prudent thing. They should do some amendments to this rule in my opinion. Congratulations, and best wishes for a wonderful cruise. And please post a review of your cruise.
