I doubt that HAL, or any other line, would go to the trouble and expense of repalcing the 100 or so Purell dispensors with a hot water and soap station.

The hot water and soap are in your cabin or in the bathrooms:-)

It's still best to wash your hands before eating....and the Purell is just another safeguard against passing on anything Yucky...
