I have heard that use of the washers and driers on HA ships is free of charge to guests, but that was from someone who has not cruised HA in a while. Is this still true? Thanks

I seem to recall hearing that HAL no longer had do-it-yourself W/D. Your cabin attendent will take care of it.

My HAL brochure for Europe 2007 shows laundrettes in the deck plans of Rotterdam, Veendam, Maasdam and Prinsendam.
No mention is made of price; but come on, nothin's free anymore.
