Booking excursions online

I've tried to book a few shore excursions online for the Prinsendam 6/26/07 cruise. I get a response indicating that online excursion booking is not available yet for this particular cruise. Generally, how far in advance can one book tours online? I'm not getting a clear answer from HAL.

Frustrating, isin't it.
I'm trying to book excursions for the 6/23 Veendam.
I've read the whole web site and found everything but "when".

We are on the Zaandam on 6/20, it will let us book.
