Shuttle in Barcelona

We are cruising with HAL (Copenhagen to Athens) next week. I would like to know if there is a free shuttle service that could take us to the foot of Las Ramblas in Barcelona.(Or do we need to pay for an expensive cab ride. (If I recall they have fixed prices from the pier...)

Michel, Having just returned from Barcelona, I know Celebrity provided a shuttle to the square by Columbus Monument, which is in essence the foot of Las Ramblas. Don't know for certain if HAL offers it, but I would assume it would.
