Leaving From Seattle on Ms Amsterdam May 18th

We've arranged our flight separately from the cruise and I have been searching for prices from the airport to the port without any luck.
I know there is a shuttle from the airport..but I am unsure if I need to contact HAL in advance for tickets or is it just as easy to take a taxi (only for 2 people)?
This is my second cruise (first one was with Carnival - and loved it!) so I'm not totally new at this....but would appreciate any comments.

Even though you arranged your own air you may still purchase an airport-to-ship transfer from HAL; but you need to give them your flight information 45 days in advance; and of course purchase the transfer in advance.

The other alternative is simply to take a taxi or shuttle like Super Shuttle from the airport. I think this would be the easiest and probably least expensive. I would think Super Shuttle would have a website or 800 number where you could get price information.
