Lisa - thanks for the great review. We also prefer the S class ships for their smaller size and intimacy, but agree that HAL is tops for service and value. And, the Vista class ships are still smaller than most mainstream ships. It's been a long time since we sailed the old Westerdam to Alaska, but it remains a favorite cruise. I look forward to hopefully doing the cruise again.
