drink card for half moon cay?

I will be sailing on the HAL Zuiderdam and read somewhere that a card can be purchased the day before the half moon cay visit which gets you unlimited beer, rum runners, and sodas for the entire day of being on the island ($15). Anyone know anything about this? Sounds almost too good to be true!
