I heard that on the new lately. It only goes to prove what ever they tell us is usually proved wrong.
I have heard them go back and forth on Milk, coffee, eggs, vitiam c, and the list goes on.
Now am I not longer an Eagle Scout because my cold weather training, and plant science is wrong?

Must mean that my high school diploma's worthless too, because half of what I learned has been changed.
We've known in the great white north the importance of covering one's head to preserve body heat- if you wear your winter things without a hat you are going to get cold a lot faster than if you don't wear one. I've spent enough time on deer stands to appreciate what protecting the extremities can do for comfort.
Living in the Northeast (where it's 14F right now), I always wear a hat in winter, and find it does help keep me warm. Yet, when weather gets cold enough to start layering clothing (sweaters, jackets), I still wear just one hat.
sparks, my HS diploma might be worthless, also. In my case, it's because the name on it is one I haven't used in nearly 20 years!
