Thanks Dave!! That's a keeper for sure. I get so annoyed by the mind-numbing wait only to be told to leave a message. It's even more nerve wracking when you are calling for some tech support and get someone that you have to have Rosetta Stone software to communicate with.

My all-time example for that one was when I called Travelocity customer service a few years back. I finally got a person who called himself "Steve", who sounded suspiciously like someone who had his lunch delivered by a dabbawala. It was the most frustrating customer service call I've ever made.

I have never again used Travelocity.

Sounds like when you get Network Solutions support. I like to make notes of who I speak with. It goes really south when I ask them to spell it for me. http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...on_biggrin.gif
