How do i put my own picture on my profile and not one from the list

First you take the photo you want to use and make it no larger than 48x48 pixels. Save it. Then open your personal profile. Down where the avatar space is, there is an 'edit' link. Clicking on this will open a window with a 'custom avatar' option. Click on that and you'll see two options - one for a url for the custom avatar and one to upload one. Click on the upload choice and you'll be able to browse for your avatar and upload it.

I only seea url, not an upload link.

Your right there is no upload link, so you can't upload directly from your PC.
I used Imageshack to upload mine. Then just used the url provided.

Somehow the upload option got disabled for non staff members. We will look into it.
