CB Radio w/Bluetooth

Since I work mostly with women, (I'm a nurse) and they probably won't know the answer,I thought I'd ask this question on this board. I bought my husband for Christmas a Cobra CB radio w/bluetooth capability. Model number is Cobra 29LTDBT. My husband has a Razor mobile phone from T-mobile. Will I need to buy another device to get the phone and CB radio to sync so it can do the bluetooth. I looked on the box, and it doesn't say anything needed. I am going to let him get his own antenna, that is really too confusing for me. I barely understand how to work my own Razor, so I am really at a loss at this problem. If I'm wrong, please let me know. I think you are wanting to use the Bluetooth that came with the CB for his phone. If so, the phone will have to be Bluetooth compatible. If it is, there shouldn't be anything else necessary.

Ms. Lori, you should not have a problem getting his Razr to sync in with the bluetooth cobra. My phone is about as old as the oldest Razr and it took me about 3 minutes before I was able to properly use it with my bluetooth radio. You should be able to go under the "settings" menu and click on "set connectivity". Then click on "bluetooth" and follow the activation commands. It sounds a little confusing but it is really quite simple. If you still have trouble, a local cb shop will walk you through the process better than I can.

Penny, yes I am wanting to use the Bluetooth that came with the CB. Dr Livingston-thanks for the info. Sounds like he'll be able to figure it out, since it's that easy. Thanks again, Lil' Lori
