It will be slim pickings for me. I just realized I left my wallet in the locker at a condo gym. So much for getting the 2 for $2 Egg McMuffins at Mickey D's. Oh well, cool beans and a left over hotdog will suffice.

I'm having my egg beater's omelet with a sprinkle of cheese and salsa and a whole grain english muffin...all for under 300 calories and 3 weight watcher's points!

A bowl of bran flakes - eating it as I read about Paul Motter raving over the Eggs Benedict and full English breakfast served on the Epic.

Black coffee.
I know, I know. . . . I've always been a breakfast skipper; but I make up for it on cruises, where I have two or three.

Marsha,
Just wanted to say good job on the weight watcher's points. I just started this week!

I had two perfectly poached eggs on buttered toast this morning. I sprinkled chopped bacon of the tops of the eggs.
Yes. I am a really good cook.

One over easy egg, a small chocolate-chocolate chip muffin, and the most perfect white peach in the history of the universe.

Somehow I knew chocolate would be in there someplace. Is there any fruit as good as a perfectly ripe and juicy peach?

I can't even read your post without my mouth watering.
My husband bought white peaches by mistake, as I always buy the yellow ones. These peaches have the most flowery taste along with peach sweetness. They're amazing.
I find peaches are best right now. As we go through the summer, I'm always surprised that they get dry and mealy much earlier than I would have thought.
