What is the high temp where you live?

I live in "HotLanta" (literally) where it is currently 95 degrees F.

Summer is gone. Maybe a high of 65, if we're lucky. The outlook for the remainder of this week, into next week is only high's in the 70's. The only exception is Saturday, possibly reaching 86 degrees. Yippee!

Trussville, AL... 9 of the past 11 days have been 100 degrees or more. It usually hits 85 degrees before 9am. I have forgotten what rain looks like and we are forbidden to water our lawns or wash our vehicles. The pier on our lake house on Lake Martin is not even touching water. The lowest that I have seen in 27 years.

G.C. and dr, mind sending some of that heat this way?
I will not turn on my furnace in August. It goes against everything I believe in.

It is currently 16C (61F) over here in central Germany and we've been having heavy rains all day once again which are currently causing the second major floodings in Paderborn County in two weeks.

Suppose to be in the 80's by Thursday and rain.
we haven't had rain in over a month ...so I am ready.
The lawn in brown and well is down to 10 Ft (use it for lawns & car washing)
We also have a water ban on

We are in the 60s, which is odd for us this time of year. We went from 90 degree heat index to the 60s in a matter of a couple days. Also, as you will notice in previous posts, it is very, very, very wet over here and they are calling for more rain through Friday. Cloudy right now, but rained again last night.

We have some members here from Texas that could probably give us a good description.
