The GM Hummer division doesn't make the military vehicles. The mil-spec version is made by some other outfit (used to be AM General). The GM Hummers are really just GM SUV and small pickup chassis with Hummer bodies.

And if GM turns the corner and starts to produce a profit, we get our money back, at the loaned rate not the new worth of the company.
