Just heard on GMA that people are not happy with the phone support they recieve. Resaon being is it comes from overseas and we can not understand them. Dell (the company name they used on the air) is thinking about offering phone support for us here..... for a fee of $12.00 a month.. come on are they crazy.

I saw it on CNN. This goes in the "what are you smoking?" PR category of stupidity. I heard you could get a discount by paying $99 yearly.

Sad, but true, you have to pay extra for what they call Gold support. We use Dell at work. Even calling Adobe support or other groups, it's hard to find someone who actually speaks English, although they say they do. It's not English I can understand.

I always have a tough time understanding them, or they don't understand me. Could be my Southern-Ese and accent though.

Sorry, to drift a bit,

Penny can you help me figure out which Adobe reader I am supposed to be using? I have Acrobat 5 and when it says to check for updates I do. However, there are files on CCL's booking system that it doesn't open properly. It is like 2 pages on top of each other. It could be CCL though, they are not the best webmasters. I have XP/service pack 3.
