Baggage Fees

okay so it says we shelled out 5.7 billion dollars in fees. 3.4 billion was baggage fees.

So why is the money tax free! Seems like they get they cake and can eat ti too!

I heard no mention about the fees collected for ticket changes. I think that's a bigger rip off than baggage fees.

Wow, can we come up with some fees of our own that are tax free? Seems like a great way to make money.
