Crown Plaza does a good thing

I frequently travel to the same area in CT and stay at the same Crown Plaza each time. The last 2 times the shower was barely warm so I told the desk that the next time I needed to have a hot shower. I checked in today and they put me in a suite, and had checked the hot water. I had a personal note from the manager and Chocolate Strawberries and a cheese and cracker plate waiting in my room. I only wish I had my wife with me. I sent her a photo

Now that was a nice follow up. Certainly have gained my business for the forseeable future with that response

That was a Super thing to do! I think they have complaint/issue logs for Guests as to they know when you are returning.
