What's for dinner? 2

It's left over pork Lo Mein, an egg roll, and some won ton soup for me. This stuff is so salty I need some chocolate melting cake to cut it with.

We don't have any decent Chinese food around here, unless you want to drive to P.F. Chang and that is a tedious trek for me.

It was spaghetti and meatballs last night. No idea about tonight. I might fire up the charcoal and do something.

I just love the response and old timer here in town used to say when you asked him "what's for supper?"...he would reply...."Well, we're having roast beef, toast beef, stew beef, and lamb, a cold chop, some chicken and a country ham...blackeyed peas and turnip greens...it's me and you and New Orleans!" He always made me laugh at that

Last night it was 1/4 cup of cooked carrots and 1/2 cup of zucchini. Today it's 1 tomato and 2 slices of Havarti cheese. I'm trying to lose 5 lbs. before this weekend. I fully intend to eat well on this cruise

You should eat better than that, you don't want to be sick for your cruise. I must be on some international food kick..it's tacos and chile rellenos tonight.

Well, I could only have liquids yesterday and than at 5PM I had the pleasure of drinking this stuff from HELL....have to have a procedure at the Doctors. Pennys carrots were looking mighty tasty to me and the cheese oh the cheese...

Oh, janfred, I hope it's not the "procedure" from hell. Actually, the "procedure" is nothing, you're knocked out. It's the prepping that SUCKS!!!!!

Tonight it's going to be 3/4 cup of Special K for dinner.

Dwayne, trust me, I have enough to live off of for quite sometime without having to worry about getting sick It's just that I want to be able to fit into my clothes the "entire" cruise

Actually, I usually lose weight on a cruise, but thought it would be nice to look decent in my wet suit.

Chicken fajita salad tonight.....yummy! I am out grilling the boneless chicken breast while my Wife is inside making the fresh pico de gallo and fresh guacamole. Then she pan grills some onion right before I take off the chicken. Lay the sliced chicken and grilled onions on your choice of salad blend, top off with pico, salsa, cheese, black beans, and guacamole........yummmmmmm! Chips on the side and you have it made.

I have some leftover taco meat, so I'll probably make some kind of hamburger helper type concoction with it, or a layer dip. I always make or order too much food and have left overs.
