Thanks, Dwayne. Happy Easter to you as well. My wife and I intend to spend this time with our families. It will probably be our last large get together before we transform from a couple to a family of three. Easter is my favorite time of the year... Other than the most significant meaning, it means that summer is not too far off and I can wear my Birkenstocks and white linen Tommy Bahama pants without the fashion police giving me a ticket.

I think I'm going to make some country ham, red eye gravy, turnip greens, mashed potatoes, and biscuits for our Easter dinner. That is if I'm not to pooped from working out in the garden and mowing the yard.

I wish it were warm enough and the lawn green enough to be mowed here in the Northeast. We are very fortunate to be having our children and grandchildren here for Easter. Planning whole ham, mashed potatoes, brocilli casserole, seafood stuffed mushrooms, butter green peas, French meat pie, bisquits and sooooooooo much more..Oh yes, can't forget the deserts as well.

This weekend usually signals summertime's almost here finally!

I pretty much knew that though from the annual bumble bee population explosion. We have some wicked ones here.

All the food talk is making me hungry too. I'm having ham, collards, sweet potatoes, biscuits, and deviled eggs. Key Lime pie for dessert. I started my pickled eggs a few days ago. I don't eat those with dinner, more of a snack food.
