Talking Get Ready For Palchohol
They have done it and it has federal approval!!! POWDERED ALCHOHOL!!! Yes, You read it right...Powdered Alcohol has just been approved by the FDA. It is coming to stores this Fall. Liquors available include Vodka and Rum to start!! The implications for future travel are enormous!!! Without saying it I can envision its use in many different venues.

Yesterday I read a story about beer concentrate. Just add carbonated water.

Apparently the Feds are having second thoughts.....it appears that the FDA approval has been rescinded. Apparently the Palcohol Company needs to provide additional information and inputs. the FDA has said that "It made a mistake!" Perhaps the politics of the Liquor Industry is playing a major role here ; the idea of powdered alcohol is a major game changer!!

The cruise lines will have quite a rough time checking for alcohol in the baggage if this ever gets approved.

Lots of pressure from some politicians is being applied to prevent the FDA from approving this stuff too. This stuff *is* ripe for abuse by kids, people snorting it, putting it in food (both on purpose and as a prank).
