For some reason I think the Colts will win by 14 or more. The line is Colts by 5. I don't have a dog in this show and I really don't care who wins. Peyton is a sure thing for the Hall Of Fame so having another ring would be nice for him. New Orleans is obviously the sentimental favorite.

I am going with simple stuff to eat - meatballs and Italian sausage in sauce for hoagies. I'll melt/brown some provolone on top in the broiler before serving.

The good thing for me is that I don't have to be at work until 9:30am. (Working my annual nuclear power plant consultant contract for the next few weeks).

Having my annual Super Bowl traditional food. Home made Super Supreme Pizza and Buffalo Wings. I really don't have a dog in the show either. I guess I am sorta rooting for the Saints to win though. I thought a fight was going to break out a little while ago.

Boy, was I wrong. The on-side kick by New Orleans totally messed with the minds of the Colts. I've never seen a team collapse so badly as the Colts did in the second half.

Well I wanted the Saints to win. However I think the Colts made a mistake leaving time outs on the table.

I did think it would be alot closer than that.

Our local stations are debating on the 2 point catch. Was it a catch or not. It was a game changer.
I preferred to have the Saints win, but really did not have a stake in the game. I thought it was not a catch at first. I can really go either way with it. I think it was just to close to call.

I'm sure that catch or no catch will become the poster child of the "instant reply" zealots.

I full motion it sure looks like he bobbled the ball. But in slow motion you can argue that he regained control. But how long does the ball have to be "in control" for it to count? In slow motion land a split second looks like a long time. I think the ref should have declared the no "indisputable evidence clause" and left the call intact

It didn't look like he crossed the line with possession, however, I think the Saints would have won anyway. I am surprised how well they played. The first quarter, I thought for sure the Colts would win. However, the Saints wanted it more. Congratulations to them!

I am with you Jim, I do not think the call should have be overturned. However, I guess it was a good challenge by the Saints, they did make some calls that took guts.
Now football is over, what do we do for 6 1/2 months?
