I love a thin crispy crust on a vegetarian pizza. Onions, green peppers, mushrooms, tomatos.
It is Saturday night and there will be pizza and a beer tonight.

Hi Bruce. Yes I saw your post. Sounded wonderful.
I am sailing out of Fort Lauderdale. Leaving the December chill of Ottawa and arriving into the embracing warmth of Florida is worth the $$ airfare.
But since you are in Montreal, have you ever taken a Canada/New England cruise?

I don't know what I'm eating tonight. I have a lot of leftovers to choose from, but none of them are pizzas.

I really like green olives on a pizza, more so than black olives.

And I'll go ahead and admit to liking "Hawaiian" pizza with the pineapple and ham. But I have to be in a certain frame of mind for it.

As I said, no pizza but I was delighted to find some leftover pot roast and gravy. The meat was sliced and is now bubbling away in the gravy, to be served over some bread slices with a generous grind of pepper. I pureed the carrots and onions from the roast and added them to the gravy for more flavor. It also gives me a veg, albeit an invisible one.
